Program Description

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. These messages are designed to provide tenants with property-related information, including but not limited to: maintenance scheduling updates, rent payment reminders, and lease renewal notifications.

Opt-Out & Help Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code or long code provided in our messages. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at ops@rynorei.com or 385-600-7717.

Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, maintenance needs, and lease status. You can expect to receive 1-4 messages per month on average.
